Program Information
The Adult Care Program is structured into 3 terms as show below:
Term 1
- 13 weeks of tuition delivered face-to-face at one of the locations in Oxford, London or Brighton.
- Mandatory and options units covering 15 skills for Care Standards.
- First Aid Qualification.
- Moving and Handling Certificate.
- Language Skills.
Term 2
- 9 weeks of instruction delivered face-to-face at one of our UK colleges.
- All knowledge-based requirements.
- Workplace induction.
Term 3
- 12 weeks work placement at an organized care provider.
- 3 weeks of instruction delivered face-to-face back at London or Oxford centers.
- Refine language and employability skills ready for the workplace.
